Brief description: Controne, a small village rich in natural springs and small plots of land suitable for the cultivation of the small Controne chickpea, is located at the foot of the Alburni Mountains, in the Cilento Vallo di Diano and Alburni Park. Ours is a small, tasty chickpea rich in minerals, fibers, vitamins and proteins. It is advisable to cook it directly in a pignata near the fire or otherwise soak them the night before in cold water with a little salt; in the morning, after rinsing them, put them to simmer. Already good if served plain, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, or with cherry tomatoes.

Keep in unopened package until consumption, if vacuum-free store in the fridge.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.

In the heart of an area dedicated to the production of the most renowned and well-known Controne beans, the AGRIELL farm was born in the early 90's. Extended for about 10 HA, it offers the landscape a suggestive and breathtaking image. Located on the green and sunny hills of the Valle del Calore, in the small town of Controne on the slopes of the Alburni Mountains in the province of Salerno in the Cilento National Park, Vallo di Diano and Alburni.
