From the attractive golden color with abundant foam, white, creamy and well attached to the inner walls of the glass. The first olfactory impact reminds us of the freshness with clear, characterizing but never intrusive notes of the renowned Sorrento lemons.
Soon malty notes are perceived, reminiscent of acacia honey but always well counterpointed by a fresh fruity apple and tropical fruit. On the palate it is fuller than what could be expected from the olfactory examination, with fruity notes on the tip and center of the tongue and more citric but never sour on the lateral center-posterior area.
The aftertaste is harmonious, the natural consequence of a balanced beer, albeit characterized by the use of such a particular citrus fruit, but certainly not free from bitter and herbaceous notes due to the generous but careful use of aromatic hops.
