Short description: this juice is produced in an artisanal way, very refreshing and thirst-quenching, has a pleasant sweet and fragrant taste typical of the mastantuono pear, enhanced by the spicy and slightly spicy note of ginger. Perfect for a healthy breakfast, ideal for sportsmen and children, it is also excellent for preparing tasty aperitifs.

Ingredients: Mastantuono pears, water, sugar, lemon, ginger (2%).

Conservation: keep in a cool place and away from light, after opening keep in the refrigerator and consume within two days. Unfiltered product, possible presence of deposits.

The mastantuono pear (in Neapolitan dialect Pera and 'Mast'Antuono' ) is a rare pear variety that sees the maximum of its production in the month of August, produced in the internal areas of Campania and in particular in the provinces of Avellino, Salerno and Naples. It is a very small, rounded pear with a short peduncle, it is yellow in color with brown speckles and streaks and has a soft and fragrant pulp.

In recent years, the Mastantuono pear has unfortunately suffered the same fate as other local varieties: it is found more rarely because, despite its excellent organoleptic qualities, it has been supplanted by commercially more appreciated varieties, thus becoming a forgotten fruit.

It is for this reason that Poggio del Picchio as the custodian of bio-diversity is trying to re-evaluate this forgotten fruit, safeguarding and revaluing it.

It is obtained from fruit grown exclusively in an eco-sustainable way: without any type of chemical treatment, neither to the plant nor to the soil.

Produced without the use of dyes, preservatives and thickeners, various correctors and artificial additives.
