Brief description: olives of the Peranzana variety harvested at veraison and put in brine. Small but with firm and abundant pulp under the thin skin. Slightly bitter and tasty, they are indicated both as an aperitif but also as an ingredient in the most diverse dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. The product is stored in glass jars without the addition of dyes.
Ingredients: Peranzana olives (63%), water, salt. Lactic acid and ascorbic acid.
Storage: store in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat. After opening, keep the product in the refrigerator and use within 7 days.

We collect our olives when they are still very green, taking great care during the harvest not to damage or dent them. The healthier and greener an olive is, the tastier and more fragrant its oil will be.
