Short Description: With purple skin and whitish essence they have an intense and slightly spicy taste. Cut into slices that are not too thin to guarantee the right fragrance and consistency. They can be best enjoyed as an appetizer accompanied by cold cuts, meats and cheeses. The product is preserved in glass jars using only our extra virgin olive oil, without the addition of preservatives, acidity correctors or dyes.

Ingredients: aubergines (59%), extra virgin olive oil (33%), parsley, mint, garlic, chilli, wine vinegar (SULPHITES), salt.

Storage: store in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat. After opening, keep the product covered with a drizzle of oil and use within 10 days.

The excellence of Puglia.

Peppers, sliced aubergines, grilled artichokes, lampascioni, chillies with tuna, dried tomatoes, courgettes, tomatoes and passata. In short, the best of the Apulian peasant tradition.
