Ventresca of red tuna
Short description: the ventresca is the most valuable, good and noble part of the tuna. It is obtained from the fattest part of the animal, the one that surrounds the abdominal cavity: the muscle bundles are woven with fat that make the meat softer and tastier. The delicacy of the skilfully processed tuna belly is perfect to be enjoyed in salads, accompanied by cherry tomatoes and sweet onions.

Ingredients: Ventresca of bluefin tuna (70%), Cilento EVO oil (24%), salt.
Warnings: May contain thorns. Store in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat sources. Once the package has been opened, store in the refrigerator, keeping the product below the oil level. If necessary, add extra virgin olive oil for correct conservation.
