Brief description: The anchovies of Cianciolo are fished along the Cilento coast, processed according to the ancient traditional recipes in brine and served in Camerotana terracotta jars. They are processed as soon as they are caught and matured in salt. It is a blue fish par excellence, rich in Omega 3 and with great nutritional value. Ideal in first courses, on pizzas, and to accompany bruschetta.

Ingredients: Cianciolo anchovies (65%), Cilento EVO oil (33%), salt and vinegar.
Warnings: May contain thorns. Store in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat sources. Once the package has been opened, store in the refrigerator, keeping the product below the oil level. If necessary, add extra virgin olive oil for correct conservation.
