Le Gemme del Vesuvio pasta is produced using selected 100% Italian durum wheat semolina mixed with seaweed flour (sea lettuce) processed according to the best tradition of Neapolitan macaroni: slow kneading, bronze drawing and drying at low temperatures. The seaweed pasta, in addition to the emerald green color, has a strong scent of the sea, also perceptible raw. The delicate sweetness of the seaweed is enhanced by simple and light dressings.
