Product description: A variant of the classic Tagliatelle, the Paglia and Fieno are characterized by their characteristic color that allows the creation of visually lively dishes. In fact, among the ingredients we add spinach which makes the skeins green. The processing retraces the steps of the traditional Marche recipe which, with patience and passion, allows us to create a highly digestible, light product and, thanks to the bronze drawing and slow drying, with an excellent capacity to retain sauces. Tagliatelle Paglia e Fieno are perfect with traditional ragù.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, 00 flour, 30% fresh eggs, 3% spinach.

Allergens: Eggs, gluten. May contain traces of shellfish and soy.

Cooking time: 6 minutes.
