Type of vinification:

From the union of Fiano di Avellino and Greco di Tufo, the Caggiano cellars have created the "FiaGre" whose name already heralds the happy marriage between the two varieties.

The vines are located at 400 meters, with south-west exposure and are vinified in steel at a low temperature. Refinement is in the bottle, lasting at least three months
