The caprettone is a white berried variety which probably owes its name to the particular shape of the bunch, which can recall the beard of the goat. It has only recently been recognized as a vine with its own specific genetic and productive profile, typical of Vesuvius. The bunch is quite tight, with medium sized berries, thick skin and elliptical in shape.

Tasting notes: bright straw yellow color. Refinement and persistence characterize the perlage that presents itself to the nose with floral hints of broom and crepis, accompanied by fragrant notes of bread and juicy citrus. Creamy bubble, very fresh on the palate, with great structure, with a full and long savory sip.
