Short description: Falanghina is a white grape variety, with a medium-long, medium-sized and compact bunch, almost conical, with a short wing.

This variety has a medium, spheroid, regular grape with a thick and consistent skin, yellowish in color, with a good amount of bloom.

Type of grapes: 100% Falanghina grapes, guyot, ungrafted.

Production area: 250 above sea level Bosco del Monaco, Vesuvius National Park.

Vinification: manual selection of the grapes, de-stemming and draining of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature for about 20 days.

Aging in steel for 6 months and for another 2 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes: straw yellow color, floral and fruity on the nose with hints of broom and white flowers, with references to yellow peach and mineral salts. Fresh and long, with a pleasant structure.

Alcohol volume: 13% Vol.

Serving temperature: 10-12 ° C.
